How to pay your electricity bill
- Open Electricity Bills from your dashboard.
- Choose your electricity distribution company and meter type.
- Enter the meter or account number and verify it.
- Confirm the customer name, address and amount.
- Pay from your wallet and save the receipt or token.
Do not continue if the verified customer name or address does not match the property you intend to pay for.
Prepaid and postpaid payments

If a prepaid token is missing
- Open Transactions and select the electricity payment.
